• Free on-site estimate
• Pricing for buildings without concrete slab foundation or with monolithic concrete foundation on a level site (additional leveling will be quoted)
• 5/8″ thick, 50 year, Pre-Primed Duratemp siding with grooves on 8″ centers (Greater shear wall strength without buckling and warping that is common with 1/2″ materials)
• 1/2″ CDX plywood roof sheathing with 15# felt paper moisture barrier; 30 year Class “A” fire resistant dimensional shingles are included.
• Up to 16′ wide x7′ tall overhead sectional door, raised panel (white)
• 36″ pre-hung, raised panel personnel door with deadbolt lock set
• 12″ eaves with 2″x6″ rough sawn fascia that wraps around the entire roof.
• (1) 2’x2′ sliding window or 12″x12″ gable vents
• Standard project specific plans with 4/12 pitch truss engineering included. Permit retrieval services are available, call for quote.
• 7- year warranty
